Based on their new book, Dr. Dennis Young and Dr. Elizabeth Searing, presented dimensions from the new paradigm of resilience for nonprofit management in the free online event, Resilience: A New Framework for Nonprofit Management. The event was held on Friday, September 30, 2022, in partnership with the Center for Nonprofit Strategy and Management in Baruch College.
The new book, Resilience: A New Framework for Nonprofit Management, received a glowing review by The Philanthropist Journal.
The journal stated, “The COVID-19 pandemic has tested the resilience of many organizations.
