Good news and validation. I’ll be teaching – for the second time – the graduate management course (online version) Financial Management for Nonprofit Organizations for our colleagues at Seton Hall University (pending all approvals of course). This course is informed by my work with the Nonprofit Academic Centers Council Accreditation Program, which I direct. Most usefully, the central themes of the course draw on the theories and practical applications found in the NCNE affiliated, and winner of ARNOVA’s 2020 Research Awards Recipient “Financing Nonprofits and Other Social Enterprises: A Benefits Approach” by Dennis R. Young. Looking ahead and since this is a discussion board, I’m interested in any feedback or thoughts on this course and what nonprofit executives might think they will need from it.
